Hotel-Pension REITER - How to get here!

Our ideal location is just minutes away from such famous Berlin sights.
The Hotel-Pension Reiter is the ideal base for visiting the city's shops, cultural attractions and nightlife.

     To reach the hotel by foot from the Ostbahnhof takes approx. 5 minutes and from the U-Bahn Weberwiese approx. 10 minutes.

     Arrival via plain:

     From Airport Tegel: Take the TXL Express Bus to Alexanderplatz and then take the U-Bahn (line U5) to Weberwiese.
     From Airport Schönefeld: Simply take the train (either the RB14 or the RE7, 18 mins) or the S-Bahn (line S9, 25 mins) from the airport train station to the Ostbahnhof.

     Arrival via train:

     From the Hauptbahnhof or from Bahnhof Zoo take the S-Bahn (lines S7/S9/S5) to the Ostbahnhof. Most intercity trains also stop at the Ostbahnhof.

     Arrival via car:

     From the Autobahn follow the signs for Zentrum Ost (Alexanderplatz).From Alexanderplatz simply drive east along the Karl-Marx-Allee and after approx. 1.5 km turn left into Friedenstraße. After 50m you will find the Hotel Pension Reiter on the left-hand side.

     Arrival via Bus (ZOB):

     With the bus (M49) you will arrive at the S-Bahnhof Savignyplatz. From there you can take the S-Bahn (lines S7/S9/S5) to the Ostbahnhof.

     On the Night:

     At weekends the U-Bahn and S-Bahn run all through the night. During the week the N5 night bus stops directly outside the Weberwiese U-Bahn station.

     Shopping and Errands:

     You only have cross the street to get to the supermarket, bank and hair dressers. Young designer boutiques, many colourful shops and the Sunday flea market at Boxhagener Platz can all be found just a few minutes away around the Simon-Dach-Straße – where you will also find many of Friedrichain’s bars.

     Partying and Clubbing:

     Berlin’s best clubs are just a stone’s throw away:
     • The Postbahnhof which hosts Berlin’s best concerts and regular parties.
     • The Berghain with its panorama bar where international DJs are always coming and going.
     • The Maria am Ufer, impossible to imagine the Berlin club scene without it.

     Sightseeing in Berlin:

     It takes around five minutes to get to the Fernsehturm at Alexanderplatz if you take the U-Bahn. From there you can walk along Berlin’s grand boulevard Unter den Linden all the way to the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag.
